Good to know
Missed visits: our providers hold time for each appointment. A missed visit is charged 50% of the visit fee to the card on file, waived if you reschedule for the same day.
Medications: prescriptions are always at the provider's clinical discretion; no refund is issued if a specific medication isn't prescribed.
No controlled substances are prescribed.
