You meet a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner over video, talk through what's going on, and leave with a plan: no waiting room, no drive across town. We care for children (8 and up), teens, and adults across Florida, Washington, and Idaho, in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
What we treat
Our psychiatric care covers a wide range of conditions, including:
Depressive disorders and generalized anxiety
Panic disorder and social anxiety
Bipolar disorder
Schizoaffective disorder and schizophrenia
PTSD, OCD, and borderline personality disorder
Alcohol use disorder (without controlled substances)
ADHD (non-stimulant treatment)
We also provide psychiatric clearances for bariatric surgery, cosmetic surgery, and certain court-ordered requests.
How it works
Your first visit is a full Psychiatric Evaluation (up to 45 minutes, $198), with medication management if it's medically necessary. From there, Psychiatric Follow-Ups (up to 15 minutes, $98) keep your plan on track. Established patients can also add Talk Therapy (up to 30 minutes, $128).
Our stance on medication
Medication is one tool, not the whole toolbox. Your provider prescribes it only when it's medically appropriate, explains why, and never forces it. Two things to know up front: we do not prescribe controlled substances, and ADHD is treated with non-stimulant options.
